Eliminate Cottage Cheese Thighs With This One Trick

The concept of cottage cheese thighs refers to the presence of cellulite on the body. Most often, this cellulite is accumulated on the upper part of the thighs. Many women are highly self-conscious about this problem, forcing them to wear pants year round, and being a topic of great concern.
The bad news about cellulite on the thighs is that it is a trouble spot that is quite difficult to eliminate and requires much effort and determination. The good news is that there are some tricks that you can use to almost triple the speed at which you shrink this cellulite, meaning it can become less visible in almost no time at all.
Cottage cheese thighs are the result of enlarged fat cells that are simply so big that the skin has puckered around them. Since they are just fat cells, it makes sense for us to approach problem similarly to a big belly or love handles.
First and foremost, it is important to adopt a diet that is low in fat and sugars, and high in protein and complex carbohydrates. This will ensure you stop the process of fat accumulation in the thighs. Secondly, we are going to start performing a few simple exercises that are proven to stimulate the upper thighs, which will help us speed up the loss of fat from the area.
Perform the following three exercises to stimulate the upper thigh and eliminate unsightly cellulite:
- Incline walking on the treadmill
- Cycling or spinning
- Stair Climbing
Incline Walking
Incline walking or jogging is extremely effective at decreasing the appearance of cellulite because this hits the muscles of the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, all of which are the sites of fatty accumulation.
Cycling and/or Spinning
The motion of cycling is fantastic for stimulating and releasing fat from these troubled areas. Alternating between an easy setting and a difficult setting will provide a wide array of stimulation and thus give you more effective results.
Stair Climbing
Using either a Stairmaster or even just the stairs of your home, this technique is effective at stimulating the major muscles of the legs, which will provide a quality workout that is both muscle building and fat burning. As you become stronger, increase the number of steps that you climb each time. This technique is perfect if you live in an apartment building, since you have access to hundreds of stairs.
These are three highly effective techniques that you can use to significantly speed up your results and decrease the appearance of cottage cheese thighs in no time flat. Be sure to eat a healthy diet, which is an important part of getting the results as fast as possible.
